Do you freeze your trim, buds, ect "fresh" with no drying or curing. Heard that; is it true? and then when ready to use set out for 1/2 hr? Thanks for yo:leaf:ur answer

I don't bother to freeze the fresh trim before hand anymore, as soon as you add water to the ice the leaves thaw before you get a chance to stir it.
Has never affected yield. No point drying the trim either, the theory behind the process is to cool the trichomes down so they become brittle and snap off when the mix is stirred. Can't see how drying would help.

yer let it sit for 30 minutes between stirs.
Do a search on youtube, heaps of helpful how to videos on there :P

Thanks for you information, considering a 4 bag set (74.00) or 9 bag ($154.00) all include a pressing screen, what do you think of the "washers" they have for bubble hash? are pricy and wonder if worth it, (Wacky Willy Bags, also offer a $499.00 washer!!!. You help is appricated 4 bag system 220,90,73,25 , one person mentioned getting a 120 also.

its been a wile but if i remember your only going to really need 3bags in the end the rest of em are for getting a small amount of better head type bubble i think it was the 73 that had the most in it and the 25 had a little bit. i mixed my other bags together as they we to small. however i only did small batches from my gorilla days in college, few oz at a time. if your doing bigger batches might be worth having 4 screens plus work bag. i would say do a small batch and see what screens your happy with as end product and use that screen and 2 bigger to catch everything else

If you buy the machine, don't get one made for hash. Get a RV portable washing machine. It will save you over half your cost.

The idea behind drying the trim out is to "harden" the tich's so they don't break open and remain more "whole"....It works better for me that way.
