Bubbleponics grow. little black flies in the reservoir

This is my first time posting, however I have been using this forum religiously. Last week I harvested the colas of a Jack Herer and Critical Jack and I am waiting for the rest of the plant to finish. Last night I checked the water and there were a couple little black flies in the reservoir. Does anyone have any information on what these bugs are and whether I should be concerned. Thanks

so I just checked the reservoir and it looks like there are a bunch of clearish little mites crawling around.... I am a couple days from harvesting any ways should I just cut them down... .will the bugs eat only my roots or will they eat my buds..... any advise would be amazing....

After researching, I believe they are spider mites....
