Bubblicious day 43, fem pre flowers missing pistols.... poss hermi???

Ok so i've been growing bubblicious for 6 weeks now, i have 2 plants on 19/5 and they both have around 6/7 preflowers each, the larger plant has much less developed pistols and some of the pre flowers dont have any at all, they just look like a femaile pre flower with the pistols pulled off. Dont look male tho.

Is this a sign of herm or just genetics or could it be a stress issue?

I did try taking some pics but my camphone doesnt have the resolution.

Any help?
