bubblicious first grow 3.5 weeks flower after 8wk veg under 400w hps - pics.

Well i'm 3 and a half weeks into flower now and i just wanted to share a few pics of my grow.

I have 2 femmed Bubblicious plants from nirvana, 5 seeds origonally, was adement i could grow under halogen... how much i learnt since then, only 2 got the full hps veg and now flower.

I used a nute called baby bio (10-4-1) for veg, it wasnt ideal and combined with the pre nuted soil its caused all sorts of problems, ive now added canna pk13/14 to my plants and will be getting some canna terra flores for the next 4 weeks or so before i flush (my local grow shop stocks it so its the easy choice).

Let me know what you think (obvious issues aside ie foil walls), i'm gettin rather red stalks and a few faded yellow leaves with red backs but i accept the flower will be eating itself. Sorry for the blurry pics.

What size hps are you using as im trying to decide wich one i should buy as i only grow 3 at a time and im a cfl grower and want to move to more yeild and i like the way your plants are growing

400w, its a floodlight with a built in ballast, i intend to make the ballast remote and get a propper reflector when this crop is done, never did the cfl stage, tryd halogen, killed 3 plants and bought the hps, its a revilation.

Have you noticed any "bubblegummy" smells coming off the plants yet?

I'm going to start flowering my bubblelicious (along with some others) in about ten days and was wondering what kind of "good" odors they might put off during flowering.

Man your plants look awesome 400 watt was what i was thinking about going with as i cant make up my mind yet between 600 and 400..... Well your grow definetly came out nice this time around man you got a nice crop on the way

no bubblegum smells, tbh smells like a cake baking but i think the bubblegum smell only comes after a long cure after harvest.

i got the 400w hps cuz it was the cheapest one i could find, its gone down in price since i bought it, not sure if its uk only tho, took the glass out once i got it. Link below;

If you can control the heat, with lights, bigger is always better.

Hope so, it aint always looked that way, started off a bit dodgy, i had to transplant to plastic bags made from the compost bag at one point, i nearly killed them in week 2 with nute burn and ive had drainage and ph issues so i'll be quite glad if i make it to harvest and get enough to turn my next crop.

Yeh, aggree with that, heat aint an issue for me, lack of it is tho, its 10c in mt grow area at the moment, about 15 under the light. i'll prob upgrade to a 600 when ive got a few crops under my belt and keep the 400 for a second room.

How tall is your plant? Ive got some bubbilicious seeds and thinking of growing. Also how much does it smell? Its looking good so far

smells nice, quite a strong smell but not mega skunky, its more like a thick cakey smell, its nice. smelt like dog shit when it first started to flower but ive read a few poeple saying that. what the pics dont really show are all the cristals on the leaves, looks like its quality bud.

They are about 2'8" tall now but i could have kept them shorter if i kept the lights close, i did attempt this but it became a problem after a while so i stretched em out a bit.

hey man what ever happened to this grow? I was lookin forward to seeing this strain finish out. I was considering getting some bubblicious from nirvana.
