ive never seen either of these things before.. bud mold in a huge cola from last time. my sister notices it before it went into the drying room immeadiately after trimming it, thank god for her.. had to cut away like 50% of it... where did it come from? i think at the end it was so heavy that it was resting on another cola...and i had no air circulation on that side of the room, as the a/c is on the other side... Now last night i was in my special place and on a new strain lavande x haze i see powdery mildew. i pulled the plant, clipped all of the fan leaves with signs and put her upstairs n the sunlight. is she fuqhed??? does powdery mildwe lead to bud mold?
help please!!!! and please, with all do respect, dont tell me to cut my babies down thats not the advice im looking for any amature can do that.

The mold can start early on in flower if the temps and humidity aren't kept in check. I had to go out and buy a dehumidifier which in Colorado normally you buy a humidifier to keep humidity up because it is fairly dry. You did the right thing in cutting out as much as you could but be careful drying it with the others because it can spread fast. Some pics would help but I just don't take chances with moldy buds.

Mildew can led to molds. Some people also cut off mold ridden parts of the plant. That will work with various degrees of success. I'm guessing either your plants are placed too close together or you have a high RH. If your plants are heavily covered in mold/mildew you can always make a fuck load of bubble hash out of them. The screening process of bubble hash cause the molds to stay in the water and generally pass through the filters. As an added step of security I'd leave the bubble hash in the fridge or freezers to prevent any molds/mildew that may be around to not grow.

Next time buy a dehumidifier and/or a sulfur burner. Either one will generally stop mildews and molds...together they should give your plants total protection.
