Ok, so after a week of off and on pulling rottin bud off my plants and throwing it away is really starting to get old. How DO I STOP this from happening? I have removed every piece that can visibly see and yet every day i still have to remove little pieces that conitinue to rot around where it intially started. This is happening to a plant that is 7 weeks into flowering, still needs another 3-4 weeks, which i really want to leave it for that long, but not if this bud rot continues.. Help me out RUI peeps!!

After removing the affected area take a q-tip and swab the area with Hydrogen Peroxide. H2O2 is simply water with an extra oxygen molecule.

Another option is...

Potassium Sorbate

Potassium Sorbate is used as a mold, bacterial and yeast inhibitor and as a fungistatic agent in foods. It is also used in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, tobacco and flavoring products. In wines, it is to prevent the secondary fermentation of residual sugar.

1tsp per litre of water with a couple drops of dish soap. Spray affected areas.

This should be readily available at home brewing stores. A friend said he has used this in the past in greenhouse conditions for salvage purposes.
