Well... I get it but I still would be scared. Maybr just spray a couple spots and see?

Is there any point in transplanting during flower? Is it a good idea? Will it increase my yield?

I've sprayed several times, with 9.0 pH solution of powder pH up (GH brand) as it's main ingredients are potassium bicarbonate, and potassium citrate, with no ill effects.

Sort of.
If your plant is in a smallish container and you're just beginning to flower, you could make sure there's holes to let the roots out in the bottom of your container and "tophat" the small container into / onto a larger container or a pile of decent soil. Minimal root disturbance.
