No, you do not know for a fact he heard it, you are making an assumption he heard it based on you hearing it.

Why not find out what happened before casting negative judgements over someone. Just seems like a really really great way of losing a friend for potentially no reason.

Hahahahaha thanks guys. I like the upgrade rule lol yeah im gonna ask him about it cuz i was n my living room and heard that shit so i know for a fact he heard it and it wasnt more than 2 feet away on the ground from the counter. Just shows ppl arnt always what they seem i guess. Hopefully hes cool about it and hooks it up but i doubt it
Hey I've broken friends pipes and had mine broken. I've always made good and most people made good when breaking mine. If he tries to deny it that just goes to show ya who your real friends are.

As i stated, this is absolutely nothing to do whether he did it, this is to do with whether he was aware that he did it. everyone is making the assumption that he knows and is keeping his mouth shut. Pretty lame way to treat a friend, i like to give mine the benefit of the doubt and a chance to explain before i start thinking of him as an arsehole who breaks things and sais nothing. Way to miss the point ;)

Nah dude I agree with tip top. I'm half deaf from work and concerts and shit and my wife hears me watching TV from the driveway when I can barely hear it. Nobody knows for sure that the friend even realizes what happened. Give the guy the benefit of the doubt.

i didnt miss the popint my point was this

HOW COULD HE HAVE NOT HEARD IT

i mean even if he said he didnt hear it

it would be hard to believe him

assuming he didnt hear it

he was fucked out his mind and deaf then lol

edit ps

as well i wasnt saying going and get rid of the freind

i said to give him a chance to explain it if you read my earlier post

So maybe he was out of his mind and deaf then. Notice the issue, you are basing it all on asusmptions before you know the actual story ;) I've smashed things and not been aware of it, why is it so hard for this to be true for someone other than myself? I've also heard things that noone else picked up one, or not heard things that everyone else has picked up on. Lovely to see how people treat their friends.

If your friends are that hard to believe you're hanging with the wrong crowd.

A friend would pay for damages or at least pitch in some cash for a new pipe. But unless he actually admitted it to you, maybe he was not the culprit, maybe it was something as simple as a dogs tail knocking it down or a hyper cat.

buhh?

okay you guys are silly

your acting like im saying kill the freind or somethign

im saying the freind should have the balls to say something

even if he didnt hear it or know

when confronted he should say something along the lines of

OH WOW i didnt know man im sorry

or if he did know it happened

im sorry man i just diddnt want to upset you and didnt know how you would take it sorry for not telling you

thats all i mean wouldnt you want your freind to do the same?

anyone that just says well you didnt see me so you should just forget about it

ISNT A FRIEND

As did i, yet you came out with some cocky post about me living in a place where things get smashed or broken mysteriously ;) hence me calling you out for not understanding what you've read, or to be fair, simply not read it going by other threads. Read the posts, it's all up there and all rather clear.

My point from the start that yes, everything points to him breaking it, but that people should stop being so negative and making the assumption that he knows and simply isn't saying anything. You did miss the point.

Make better sense? Homie.

WHEN confronted he should admit it I agree 100% . I was just making the point (and not necessarily directly at you) that of is POSSIBLE for the friend to be oblivious to what happened.

i made no reference to your living place

only to your post

but if you want to say that im not making sense cool

i just think that real friends admit when something they did cause something to break or something like that to admit it

and if he didnt do it and he does have a pet

thats cool problem solved

am i missing something here?

See how you're still missing the point. Your whole argument is based on the admitence of the fact, you don't seem to care about the idea that he may not know about it to be able to admit to it..

Post #22, that is you missing the point ;) I put it out in very basic english, it's not hard to understand.
