I have around £150 budget so i need a set up for that, Can people help please. I will be indoor growing Thanks in advance! :joint:
Grow height Low Flowering weeks 8 / 9 weeksSeedbank Nirvana Type Indoor Indica / Sativa Indica dominant Feminized Yes Yield 400 - 500

WHat soil/lights/and other things do i need? could you give me a lit of around a good grow type (maby to do in a closet or evan maby be able to get a grow tent)

With a Budget like that and for the BEST possible result i would suggest that you get / make a Bubbleponics system.

Rubbermate container
Water (spring / bottled)
Nutes
Lights + Surge protector + Y light socket splitter
pack of Red Dixie party cups (or slotted plastic potters)
Rockwool
Hydro pellets
Foil

Enjoys. there are a SHIT ton of threads about how to make a Bubbleponics system, i am currently working on building one. i have a plant thats about 2 days old ( from time i planted) in total about a week, I did the only Elementary school way to sprout them hahaha.

But good luck to you and your plants.

£150 won't get you a fantastic setup, but it is do-able.

I suggest that you spend the majority of your budget on a decent inline fan and carbon filter.

For lighting, a cheap DIY cfl array will do for now, and you can upgrade to a HPS later when you have the funds to do so. However, if you can find a cheap enough fan/filter combo, you may even have enough funds left to buy a cheap 250w HPS flood light. With a small amount of DIY, you can remove the ballast and locate it outside the grow room, which will help with heat concerns.

Grow in the closet if you can, as this will save you having to buy a tent.

I suggest soil for your first grow, as it is much cheaper to set up, more forgiving of mistakes, and has less of a learning curve.

I don't really know what 150 gets you, I am not in the UK. I would stay away from hydro on that budget and I have 3 shortriders in hydro setup right now so I'm not bad mouthing it. I built a small tent from cheap lumber and panda film, I would love to take credit for this but, I took it from the "husband and wife grow" and just scaled it down for my needs. It cost about $35 to build, what's that about 15 pounds? Do yourself a favor and get a decent light, it's going to effect your yield and give you more options in the future.

I just built a box for about 350 pounds including cost to buy all tools. The box is 5'x5'x2' with an aeroponics setup and separate compartments for drying and electronics. My lighting is a 400 watt electronic ballast which supports HPS and MH lamps (cost about 60 pounds shipped, got a nice deal). I built mine with stealth in mind though, and fashioned it after a small armoire or large cabinet with nice piano hinges and barrel locks. I'm going to put some veneer on it after this grow to complete the illusion. Your setup can skip pretty much all this and cut costs dramatically.

For a cheap setup, I'd recommend building a frame out of cheap lumber or PVC pipes (I recommend 1x2s, they're about 10p a foot and you can staple to them unlike PVC) using black and white poly for the walls. That will get you your grow area for around 10 pounds, so you can spend the other 140 on your nutrients, lights and ventilation (do NOT skimp on ventilation, those plants will stink like hell if you let them).

The key to remember is that there are strong economies of scale when growing cannabis. The more money you can put in, the more bud you will harvest. Better lights, better nutrients and better growing techniques will all cost more money, but will pay you back many times over. If you can't afford it for your first grow, consider selling an ounce or two to close friends who you can absolutely trust. If you can get 50 pounds out of each harvest, you can continually upgrade your setup and harvest more bud. Your friends will be grateful for your services as well.

Lights are moist expensive. Like 10 dollars US and up for cfl. The rest is 99 cent store. Just search and look at all the different builds, its all here on the site. I just finished breaking a lawn chair for the metal legs for support beams. Might have stuff around the house you can scrap. be creative. Cheers
