I'm new here and just poking around. I'm learning quite a bit and am still reluctant to ask too many questions. Mostly I've been surfing for bean buying tips since ordering them freaks me out a bit. Also, I've been reading about power and signature reduction stratagies for a tiny DIY project. I never buy as a rule and am recreational, not a professional. About the only thing I ever share is when I trade with vetted folks for stuff/services/dinner etc.

I've been paying cash for research materials, new set-up materials, etc. I buy from multiple locations and try to buy used stuff too. I like to stay off the radar and have a security oriented mindset. Since I'm new to my location and hobby, I'm trying to discreetly find some cuttings here...but am very wary.

I've read many threads about beans and security. Not many of them were helpful. If anyone has any advice or tips from their ordering experience, they would greatly appreciated...as always, strictly for entertainment purposes only.

Welcome to the forum. What you have to understand is, it may be your first time ordering seeds. It is not the first order the seed company has processed. They take precautions. I have oredered seeds from 2 different sources, satisfied with the time and stealth, I'm sure others will say the same. A small personal grow will not give off a heat signature, well it will it will look like a television, nothing distingushible.
Pick the strain you want and order them. VV
