Checked on my babies this morning there is a little bug damage on some of the lower leaves i'm pretty sure it's these little crickets or grasshoppers they are about 1/4'' long and light brown. My question is i'm gonna use a dish soap and water mix,is ultra concentrated joy(antibacterial)ok to use?The active ingredient is 0.10 Triclosan, any feed back is appreciated.

I would not spray them with anything. A few bug bites is no big deal. Ya probably do more harm spraying them.

Dry is right in this case..unless you're facing a swarm of locusts..some bug bites is fine (my cat eats mine)..if mot spidermites or some devasting insect..leave them alone..just check.. If they are in pots you can bug spray the ground around them..might just keep them elsewhere.. Luck

I'm not so worried about mites my problems have been little slugs and leaf jumpers.I think i've got the slugs under control but the grasshopper/cricket problem persists, any suggestions to keep em off?
