Building a house

Ok, so within the next year or so I'm going to have a house built on a 12 acre lot in a quite sacluded area. I've been trying to decide wether to have a veg room and flowering room in the basement. Or to have to veg room in basement and have a climate controlled greenhouse/room built on to the house to flower in. I'm going to be running 6-8 plants max. But I want to finish some 13-14 week strains. I really don't want to be running 3,000 watts of lights thats why I thought the climate controlled greenhouse/room would be a better option to flower in. But the catch is we get a few hot spells during the summer 90+ degree days and in the winter we get alot of snow and a extremly cold weather -15 degree's. I'm just not sure how I would set up a greenhouse/room with A/C and a heater being all the walls would be glass except for one.There is about $10,000 dollar cap for this project. I've priced a few standalone greenhouse made of glass and there about $6,000 to $8,000. Any sites or information would be greatly appreciated.

that outdoor probaly wouldnt work so well if you have those big shifts in the climate but if your really serious on the indoor. I would recommend two room which will allow you to grow your 6-8 plants as big as you want. If you have 10,000 there is such a variety of options your can consider if your worried about heat and electricity. The simple fact is I really don't even smoke only to test my product. My wife is a daily smoker though. I've been growing for the last 3 years and come to love this hobby. All my grows have been done sorta half assed do to the fact that I don't have enough room or being able to afford the luxeries. Now that I have the space and money I really want to do it right.
