I'm using T5 32watt 6500k bulbs for growing I have 2 lights with 4 4foot bulbs will these work for 6 plants?

No. It's a good veg setup for 6 plants though.

Plants would be stretchy and airy buds if you ran that setup.

Need more info about your grow space and setup though.

It's a 6ftx12ft enclosed back porch with a clear roof so outside light does come in. I also have 5 50watt full spectrum bulbs that I use sometimes

technically, you could. You would want to create an even canopy and keep the buds within 3 inches of the light, BUT, it's not ideal to flower under fluroros. However, untold thousands of people have grown bud they were happy with under fluoros since the 70s. You won't get a massive yield, and your buds will be airy, but you might be satisfied with what you end up with. Too many people are concerned with perfection and maximum yields when for many people, just growing a small amount of bud for their personal stash is enough for them. If you're okay with that, go for it!

The problem with t5's is you need them close to canopy 2 inches ...
Maybe you could arrange them as side lighting so they can supplement your natural light , otherwise they will literally block out the sun

I do have them as side lights they are attached to the walls straight across from each other they are within inches of the plants

High output 4 foot T5 bulbs are 54w each, 4 foot unit 4 bulbs is 216w. Two of these will do you six to 24 plants easily but small short veg fems and autos more than others. You may prefer autos if you struggle doing a 12/12 routine in flower.

If your using 32w 4 foot bulbs I don't know what they are or that they can be high outputs which are the types you want for plants.

The thing with tubes is that a 18w gives out the same light intensity as a 50w its x amount watts per foot of tube if you are going to use the power get a 250/400w hps for flowering, a small outlay for a massive difference.
