Bush Master...a question

Is bush master used during flowering or can it be used during the vegging phase too?

I plan on having my sativa seeds in starter plugs January first. I know sativa grows quickly, can I use bush master and continue to veg the plants?

Thanks. Do you happen to know if it stops vertical growth immediately or does it take a couple of days/weeks/years??? to work?

i have seen it said immediately and couple days

i have not opened my bottle yet

OK. That's basically what I have read also. I'm guessing it's a safe guess to say a few days or so at worst.
