I have to agree fdd, the end of prohibition will only come when the general voting public is educated and know what we know about the benefits (many) and drawbacks(few) of cannbis. A couple of weeks ago there were 20000 of us marching in support of legalization in the rain in Toronto. We had people from teen-agers to senoirs, hippies to off-duty police marching,and openly smoking. No arrests, no trouble , for the 10th year. We can only hope that the politicans pay attention.

i'm not saying hang a sign on the front door, but we need to stop feeling like we have to hide. i see people start threads who have their own homes but are still concerned with "stealth growing". this just sucks that people can't have their own "friends" over without worrying. it's the brainwashed masses that we need to work on.

i know you!! your the same know it all, no nothing moron, i run into all the time, here and on the street. there would be a very different out come on the street.
you made the same mistakes he did. but then you come in here like you have all the answers, then lay it out in a tone, as if you where scolding your 2 year old child. nobody else felt the need to tell this guy what he did wrong, then rub it in his face.

What most politicians can't get their collective heads around is how a personal grower isn't a criminal. He's not doing it all over other people, not selling (unless looking to get popped) doesn't commit other crimes to support his smoke habit, and is generally a good person who just finds a benefit in pot...The normal pot smoker breaks less laws than

i always said i would be out there marching. only now that i am growing do i feel the real need to support this matter. weather it is phone calls, letter writing, support events "whatever it takes"
you think NA would object to "whatever it takes" as a slogan against the war on pot. lol
i have drafted a letter to support this guy i plan to send to all the emails (news, police) i posted in a earlier post. i plan on emailing from a location when i go out of town for work.
i really think that something could be done if all those how smoke/grow just spoke up. wrote a letter, call a politician.
in my state there is a bill right know on the floor for decriminalization of marijuana. but they now that wont pass, that why its on the floor. they put this bill up, because they are afraid the medical marijuana issues might pass. then sooner or later they have to accept legalization or decriminalization.
