While i don't advocate stealing in any form, an acquaintance of mine works in one of the larger electric providers in our area for their loss prevention department. The power company almost never prosecutes small time people stealing power, usually just businesses they find stealing power. The only time she is aware of a grow being busted was because of individual technicians calling police after finding a grow, it's not company policy to report paying customers to the police, that's just not good business..lol.

what a bunch of Debbie downers looking for a reason to be a dick to a newbie that probably got the idea from some other weed gangster and thought maybe its something people do and he/she didn't know how serious the consequences might be.Lighten up people and stop jumping on people because your life sucks.If you could get free power and get away with it without the stress of getting caught and run a 20 light setup pulling 20lb. crops EVERYBODY would do it.Some of these guys were polite and gave you info that is correct.Do it and possibly die or get burnt to a crisp and live....with melted skin on yer face.Or get fined heavily and possible jail time.But I doubt prison as I ve known people to get caught and they got a slap on the wrist and a fine.a big fine.I like the comment get better at growing.probably the best advice.

The site very clearly has a headline describing there zero tolerance for bashing and flaming. We are a stoner community and should be nothing but friendly and nice to othersites here. The mods do great here.

i think everyones issue with this is ..... its not right! its not fair, why do you get to be special and not have to pay to run your room? its these kinds of things that continue to give us (the community) a bad name! like we are all just crimanal druggies!! when that couldnt be further from the truth!! atleast for must of us here im pretty sure all we want is to be able to grow and take care of the most beautiful flower/plant known to man...so without being a dick... cmon man! really!.... my room added an extra 80-120 a month.....so i figure im paying about 250 per run .... thats not much when you could be trimming a couple pounds if you know what i mean....just whatever you do, do it right, be respectful and and be willing to spread the love and youll be all good!! just dont steal... anything ever....

I agree 100% I have never considered my self a drug dealer or a manufacturer of marijuana... ( that's what Missouri charges you with when they catch you with 20 plants ) The fact of the matter is most of us operate outside of the law.. I'm not hear to bitch or pass judgement... But the fact is this. STEALING POWER IS THE NUMBER ONE WAY TO DRAW ATTENTION TO YOUR OPERATION.. be smart don't cut corners and play this game to win.. Because trust me the opponent on the other side is.. They want you to steal power.. They want you to cut corners.. Treat every decision you make in this game as if your life depends on it.. Cause brother when they come knockin it absolutely will

in my opinion a thief is as low as one could get!! its not cool or ok for any reason!! if theres something you want or need then either save how ever long you need to or talk to someone.... dont just say fuck it and take whatever you want!! ive had my hand tools stolen at work a few times and god damn man that shit pisses me off!! your taking my livelyhood!! how i fees my family!! its not ok!!

Hey Moron there is a guy who got busted for bypass and he was doing bigger operation than you .... just pay the bill or don't grow at all...
