Just remember in VEG, you take a totally different approach !
More dry back ( so roots don't get lazy thus search)
Sure you can water everyday and it still works.
Sometimes you can ride the ec a bit higher in veg (so roots learn to extract the water from a saltier conditions).
If your plants have optimal transpiration, you can go lighter EC, if your plant has poor transpiration from environmental factors that can determine different EC.
I may feed my 7 gallon in veg once every few days! But when I do feed, there's going to be a lot of run off to keep that EC in check from the long dry period.
There are a lot of advanced techniques that overtime becomes second nature. But only with experience everything becomes clearer. And so many variables will determine your feed schedule.
Pot size to plant size being the main.
