this week started to notice the very first true leaves starting to crumble. Immediately checked run off and found it to be over 4500ppm
C0C0 C0IR Run off PPM reading keeps shooting up even after a heavy flush. HELP! (in flower)

Quick update. After 2ish days now of watering 6x a day. Runoff ppm is down to ec 2.0 or 1020ppm. More importantly the plants perked right up! I couldn't believe it this morning. @goofy81 shout out to you because of your advice not only did you save this plant but also all the plants I will deal with in the future!. Awesome result.
I only helped you understand the information already provided on the forums.
Just remember in VEG, you take a totally different approach !
More dry back ( so roots don't get lazy thus search)
Sure you can water everyday and it still works.
Sometimes you can ride the ec a bit higher in veg (so roots learn to extract the water from a saltier conditions).
If your plants have optimal transpiration, you can go lighter EC, if your plant has poor transpiration from environmental factors that can determine different EC.
I may feed my 7 gallon in veg once every few days! But when I do feed, there's going to be a lot of run off to keep that EC in check from the long dry period.
There are a lot of advanced techniques that overtime becomes second nature. But only with experience everything becomes clearer. And so many variables will determine your feed schedule.
Pot size to plant size being the main.

I love it! there actually is so much to learn but its super interesting so it doesn't feel tiresome. Really puts in to perspective how hard a farmer's job really is. For anyone else reading this thread watch Jeremy Clarkson's "Diddly squat farm" series on amazon. this is awesome and you are awesomeOk I've made a graphic that should help everyone out and show how much these plants transpire.
I'm lucky enough to have a weight sensor on one of my pots.
Having data in any setup prevents guessing.
Also shows how you can't over water in coco.
