So im about to clone my c99 mother. I went to the hydroshop and i got a gal of ph up and one of down, along with a cloning chamber, pellets, and rooting gell.. I also asked the guy at the shop for a recomendation as to my first feeding. I asked if it was soil or hydro and i said id be using a soiless mix of perlite and verm and gave me a bottle of fox farm grow big. After alot of searching old post i couldnt come across a straight answer.. should i change the bottle of nutes i recived for some hydro ones? Heres a pic of my cindy.. right one is a male i isolated yesterday and am collecting pollen from.. they are joeyweed f2s i had 20 going but the heat herekilled all but these they ❤️ 100+fh75BF4FAC-F72C-4C48-B7E4-D03AC1FC75AC.jpeg

I think Fox Farm makes a soil version of Big Grow, and a hydro version of Big Grow.

I've used both for soil with no ill effects - I bought the 'hydro' version by mistake one time and it worked fine. I'm guessing the soil version would be fine for hydro too.

I say go with what you got and see how it goes.

I usually use Grow Big for my mothers in 2 gallon pots @ 1/2 tsp per gallon every watering. I use it @ 1/4 tsp per gallon for my clones in 20 ounce red solo cups filled with FFOF for the first 10-14 days until transplant.

Good Luck!

Not sure of your nute lines but I LOVE THE Cindy!
I have the "lemon" pheno now,
What do yours smell like?

Go easy on the nutes, mine fried easily.

If you're not sure what it is certainly change it. Perhaps try GHE Floranova grow and bloom, which works with all media.
