I am struggling with a pretty mild-to bad Ca deficiency. I'm just wondering if anybody has any suggestions as to what I can put in my nutrient solution to add calcium to it. I am growing in a hydro system. Here is a pic of the deficiency. These were taken the other day. I would post pics of today, but no camera. It is A LOT worse today though. DSCI0001.JPG

Does the hydro nutes say it contains Ca ? then its not Ca problem. In fact i dont see a problem at all and your over reacting and panicking. Chop up and chill out bro.

None of my hydro nutes say Ca anywhere. How do you not see it? The rust spots on the leaves...I'm pretty damn sure that it's not normal for a cannabis plant to have rust spots on the leaves....good advice man...I left it alone for 2-3 weeks and thought nothing of it. That is not panicking. I'm not panicked. Only concerned. I wasn't even concerned until I started to notice it getting worse. Them smaller thumbnail pics btw. Don't even look at. I don't even know how they got on there. Actually I posted the same pics. In a much bigger size here- https://www.rollitup.org/general-marijuana-growing/502326-all-my-pictures-115.html scroll down the page until you see my post with the pictures. You're going to have to look a little closely. It is much worse today. I have no way of taking pics of the current leaves, but that was a day or two ago. If you look at them and still think that it looks normal. Please don't even come back into this thread. I am only looking for legitimate ADVICE. Thank you. :leaf:

you need a nutrient with Calcium in it...if your nutrients don't have it... than you need to use a different nutrient, one that does have Ca.

I just checked the epsom salts ingredients. Only mg. I agree with you lime, I probably should look for something with Ca, but right now. I have no $...spent it all on a new light. Was looking to see if anybody knew of a cheap substitute.

Foxfarm Grow Big 3-4 tsp. Per gallon of water. I used 1 tsp. and Fox Farm Big Bloom 4 tablespoons per gallon of water. I gave them 2 table spoons and 1 tsp. The big bloom is micro nutes. The npk on it is 0.01-0.3-0.7, the npk on the grow big is 6-4-4. I changed my reservoir water today and added no Fox Farm grow big because I thought maybe I was over-feeding with that. I only used the Big Bloom with 2 table spoons and 1 teaspoon. No other nutrients or anything added. Lime: I don't have any dolomite lime...lol

Those nutes lack both Ca and Mg. This is indeed an instance where Cal-Mag is actually good advice. Be mindful of your total PPMs when supplementing with Cal-Mag. cn
