The laws in Arizona say that cannabis is the extract of marijuana and that marijuana is the plant...
So if a patient trims his plants that he is legally able to grow he can be arrested for producing cannabis...
Look at your scissors next time you trim... How much cannabis do you produce? In AZ that cannabis is illegal!
