1week should be sufficient for them to bounce back right? I no that the damaged leafs will never recover

No keep going and try to correct. Your just going to run into the same thing again. That last picture of the leaf looks really heat or light stressed. Your issue throughout the whole plant or just the tops?

Excess Nitrogen is causing a Calcium deficiency.
You can throw as much Calmag @ it you want, but won't fix a thing until the Nitrogen is delt with.

How would I treat this hold off on a and add more b? I’m useing coco tek a and b the a has all the nitrogen

I dont use those so cant say, but did just have to switch back to the GH trio for flower due to the same issues using 1 part megacrop.
