As of one hour ago, I am officially done with my 2010 crop's trimming, bagging, jarring, hashing, and all the other -ings that come along with growing pounds and pounds of bud...and boy am I fucking sick of it! Because of that, I decided that my wife and I are going to go to Europe for about 5 weeks this upcoming Spring to escape from California for a while. I just bought our plane tickets from San Francisco to London and from Athens to San Francsico. We'll be starting in London, then traveling by train, plane and bus to Paris, Barcelona, Rome, and then Athens with about 6 days in and around each location. Anyway, I had a few questions regarding my trip that I felt would best be answered by fellow RIU'ers.
First off - How do I go about procuring marijuana while in Europe? I fly regularly from SF/Oakland to LA/San Diego and I always bring a little weed on the plane with me...shit I even snuck joints on the airplane from SF to Hawaii, but a 16 hour international flight with multiple connections is a little different than a 40 minute flight to LA. Since smuggling is out of the question..how can I get some once I am there? I have heard stories of people touching down in Barcelona and having no problem copping $100 ounces of hash within an hour of landing. I have also heard of people asking around for weed in Athens, and instead being chased down and robbed of their bags. So help me out and let me know how it really is in Europe - especially if you are from any of the previously mentioned cities.
Secondly - If anyone has any tips to make our trip as cool as possible, let me know. What do you think of my route through Europe? What are some cool things that we should see in each place? Maybe you've backpacked Europe yourself and have some cool stories to tell me? Shit if you are a local of one of the places we'll be visiting, maybe you can let me in on some inside info for having the best time or maybe we can meet up for a beer and you can show us!
Anyway, sorry for the long post..I been smoking Cheese/Afwreck blunts all morning and I am excited to do something other than trim! I appreciate any help I can get and hopefully yall can hook me up with some informational GEMS! Thanks all have a good day. Peace RIU!
PS Here's some pictures of my stash from this year. Each jar has 32-40g except the Pineapple jar only has about a half ounce. There is about a pound just in these jars for personal
