Feel free to peruse my journals, or there are also pic albums with plenty LST shots..

good luck.

Alright man, here are quite a few pix of a clone that I am currently LSTing. These pix are from the first day I got the clone, right before transplanting. The "d(#)" at the very beginning of the name of the pic is how many days old the clone is since I've had it. I'm 15 days into flowering (as of the last pictures). Hope this helps, and if you have any Q's, please feel free to ask!

I definitely tie it down as it grows, once it get's to a certain height that is. I have another clone that I am going to begin LSTing here in about 2 weeks. What I do tho is I like to tie her down where I want her, and let her grow tied down for about 1&1/2 to 2 weeks. Then completely untie (except for the counter tie) her and let her grow upwards just slightly, then I tie her back down again in a better way. I do this because it makes the plant look alot nicer and it's best to tie down the TALLEST tips. which change every so often.

 those plants look good lostfedexman.

Doesn't seem to be too much of a burden.

Thanks bro! I'm absolutely LOVING this grow! All you really need is to have 30 min to tie her down once every 2 weeksish. And just tie the "tallest" tips of the plant down and get MASSIVE side growth! Oh, and I completely untied her (except for the counter tie) for flower.

I've got another plant that I LST'd. I personally think this other plant looked better, but it turned out to be male, so he's butter now. I do have pix tho if you wanna see. Just let me know, cuz I'm not gonna post them for no reason.

so u untie everything right before flower and leave it untied, except the counter tie, and what is the counter tie is it just the main tie.

Yes. The "counter tie" is when you tie a string towards the botom of the plant, right at the base, maybe 2 inches above the soil. Then tie that to the side of the pot (without bending the plant at all) this should be your first tie, this one you NEVER take off. Then when you make your first actual "bending" tie, just make sure to go the opposite direction of the origional counter tie. So you would be tieing this string to the opposite side of the pot that the counter tie is on. The counter tie is basically just so that none of the "bending" pressure is pulling on the roots at all, to make sure you don't accidentally uproot your plant.

And yes, I un-tie all branches when I start flowering or a week or so into flowering, except for the counter tie. I also tie the main stem to 4 different sides of the pot from the same spot on the stem. Does that make sense? So basically the main stem can't move in any direction because it is being held there by the 4 ties... Then just let her g(r)o(w)! lol

Here's a pic of one of my plants that kinda shows the "counter tie" I circled the first 2 ties that I made in red. Of course the botom one (counter tie) first.

The picture on my most recent post is not a clone, I grew it from seed. And it was 26 days old at that point.

These new pix that I'm posting right now are from a clone that I am now flowering. It's the clone in my first post. They really show what I was talking about with the counter tie.

Nice man! That's sweet! Are you LSTing her? Any pix?... And just keep in mind that she's going to at least double in size when you start flowering, maybe even tripple.

ya im lsting it and pretty hard to the pics are in my journal if u wanna take a look and let me know what u think and mabye when i should flower,

I'm missing some photos. :( I lollipopped a couple weeks into bloom due to insufficient air circulation and no money to rectify the issue at the time, but I haven't done that since.

Last photo is from a different plant, which I started growing a bit after the first one... beginning with that plant, I switched from LST on all the stems/branches as they grow, to topping and then tying each of those four branches once. I ended up with just as bushy a plant as the "old" LST way, and yielded just about the same in dry weight (almost down to the gram, but minus the lower buds as those were removed from the first plant, therefore comparing the colas' weight only). So now I top and then LST each branch only once instead of tying each and every stem that grows out, saving me a lot of work and still maximizing my yield in a small growing space. :D

OH, and the plant that's pictured throughout grew to 15'' in height... it was an indica, but still would have been much taller had I not tied it down. So for the "micro" growers, LST is an awesome remedy for very little vertical growing space as well as increasing yield!
