Can a finished plant be re-vegged from its stump?

The plant I cut the clones from is in week #7 of flower and has been lolipopped. It's looking like a really nice flower and I want to maintain it some other way if possible.

Usually I cut and hang the entire plant at harvest, but I was wondering if it would be possible to re-veg this plant from the stump if I leave it rooted in its pot and just place it in a 24 hours "on" light schedule for awhile. Is it possible?

Well, at this point the bottom foliage consists of a few quickly-yellowing fan leaves and some "knob-like" buds. This strain (Gorilla Glue) is mostly just knobs of clustered-buds and very little foliage to accompany them.
