Yep definitely time for a res change i think!! Dump the old water, give container a wipe out with a wet cloth, try and run a bit of water through roots. Then simply fill back up add nutes to desired ppm (in my experience, always less than what the manufacturer recommends) and adjust ph. Monitor ppm and ph everyday and adjust accordingly. Most people do a res change roughly every 10 days give or take.

Seems to be getting worse I exchanged 3/4 of the water last night should I empty completely and wipe it down like you said, more leaves are curling and dieing. Also how far should my net pots be from the water they are about an inch and half away now, again thanks for the help

Sorry man bit late. Yep get rid of ALL the water as you may have salt build up. Alot of the salt will sit at the bottom. Rinsing roots at the same time is important as they will hold salts and reduce uptake of nutrients. You need a ppm meter bad! Otherwise you can eyeball it and replace water, and for that size plant try 1/4 strength? adjust ph to 5.6 and it should rise over the next few days.?? Once it gets to 6.2 drop ph back to 5.6 this will ensure a wider ph range of nute uptake. While plant is young your main focus is to keep as much of the root mass in the water/nute solution all the time. Did you notice if roots were a little slimy?

No they didn't look slimy and I'll pick up ppm Meter asap it's got some new growth and kinda looking better after I cleaned it out and added new nutes I'll lower my ph a little more I'm sitting closer to 6.1

Good news! Yep very important do a res change often.
Now the leaves are turning up lol
Awesome man! A good way of knowing when the plants need a res/bucket change also is when you set a certain ppm (nutrient strength) and once the plant has uptaken water/nute solution and you then top your res/bucket back up with water, test the ppm. If it has dropped, thats a good thing as the plant is uptaking nutrients. If the ppm/nute strength is the same before the plant drank then there is salt build up, and you need to do a res change. Hope this helps!!
