can any one help a numbi with some dwc problemes? ((pics))

iv got 6 plants in a dwc system and they all seem to be haveing problem over this past week and i cant seem to bet them figured out. and none of the problems seem to be the same from plant to plant. the ph is 5.4-5.8, and the ppm is 775-800, im using cfls ( 6 42 watts and a 65 watt ), water temp is 67, and ait temp is 72-78. my biggest one has already shown female preflowers but now the upper leaves are folding up lenght wise, iv got others that look realy droopy and wilted. they are all around 4 1/2 weeks old. any help is greatly appreciated

they were all started in soil, then i tried to wash the soil out and this is what i got, the pics of the roots arent the best but they look better in person. i had some root rot early on but got it fixed with some h2o2. do you think i should add just a little now?

Root Rot? Bad Drainage? Plants look they need some Nitro.

Well, it's hard on a plants roots to go from soil to hydro. Personally I believe whatever medium you start them in is what you should grow them through completion in.

Also, as I understand it.... H2O2 in the Res. is a NO NO! I think it can be used to treat root rot (which is what I think you have there), but I think it's meant as a one time treatment directly to the roots and gets rinsed. Again... this is what I've read... perhaps someone with a little more DWC experience can explain it better.

yes the rez is changed every 7 days and there was only h2o2 in it when i was having root rot problems earlier but not now.

if you check out my pic gallery you will see that the soil was in the net pots in the dwc system, but you think that is just possibly stress from doing the swich?

I think you have a look out mate, and even if not, with the multitude of symptoms you have you want to do a flush for a light cycle or two and the start them out on some nutes again.
Are the roots slimy? Root Excelerator will do miracles, in fact saved my ass on my last grow
If I remember correctly, you will not have to change res after h202 it looses its strength by itself

nomy roots are not slimey the thicker ones that were in the soil are a little yellow but the rest are nice white. but my next rez cchange i will just use phed water with no nutes.

Yeah, that's what I thought. I do not think you can go wrong with the flush mate, I've learned that doing less to correct problems is usually the more prudent way to go until we get more comfortable with diagnosing problems

Hygrozyme!!! I had root rot problems when they were seedlings, transplanted them to my tubs and started using Hygrozyme and roots oreganum XL in my tubs and my roots now look like pearly white fishbones.
