Hi quick run down..I'm using pro mix hp.
My soil mix I've used for many runs and I've never had any problems apart from when I was new to dry amendments I sometimes would be a little to late on the top dress as takes a while to actually start doing its magic ..now I no if I was to do that i could just use a compost tea here and there to help speed things up..but yeh back to the main question in hand for the help of anyone trying to answer my question.
Myself I'm 60 % sure I no the answer to my problems but I would really like some advice from some more experienced growers like myself out there
(1) (base mix) ph hp /35%wormcastings 25%compost 20% perlite 10% pre washed and buffered coco coir 10% (THATS MY MEDIUM)
AMENDMENTS
(1)Krill meal (2) neem meal (3) kelp meal (4) alfalfa meal (5) garden lime (Ph buffer) (6).Bone Meal.(7) Basalt (
Humic and fulic acid (9) Insect Frass (10) mycorrhiza fungi and last but not least a good old amount of malted barley powder ,oyster shell and Epsom salts.
PLANTS ABOUT 5 WEEKS OLD BUT THATS FROM SNIPPING OFF THE MUM SO TOOK 2 WEEKS TO ROOT AND FULLY GET GOING SO THEORETICALLY ITS ONLY 3 WEEKS OLD BUT SHOULDNT BE TO TOUCHEY TO HEAVY FED MEDIUM AS THE MUMS HUGE AND SHE ALWAYS HUNGRY AF AND EATS LIKE A MOTHER FXKER LOL .CLONES ARE THE EXACT REPLICA OF THE MUM IN EVERY ASPECT.
Also i switch to a 2,8,4 mix for top dress alongside some differnt P.K booster during and on the build up to the 12.12 switch. As you can see from the uploaded pictures,,
.we are starting to get brown rust spots on the
Margins (edges) of the leaves ..what do you think??
I'm thinking I've just added a but to much not as in the differnt amounts if amounts because I've used this mix for years now but the amount if each amendment I gave to each gallon of soil I think was a bit to rich..
For example if I used 1 whole cup per gallon I think it would of been more advisable to of just used half a cup of each amendment per gallon of soil..
So yeh I'm thinking some sort of nute burns.??
.theres 100 percent not a lock out issue..
The soil is perfect sitting at around 6
On the ph ivs supplemented more than enough mag and cal and it's been in this soil for over 3 weeks now..ANY SUGGESTIONS BEFORE A RAMBLE ON FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTEZ .
I apologise about the long winded essay. Just trying to making it as easy as I can for anyone who's willing to give me some of there time to help diagnose my cultivars problems..thanks in advance If you got this far ....lol
