Can you snap the stems on them? You may have taken them down to early from hanging to dry.

If the stems still bend, it's still wet and you need to hang it back up. If they snap and/or break then just keep doing what your doing and be glad you got some stickies of the icky.

personally, I like to let my bud sit out overnight after the first night in the jar. It avoids the mold issue and tends to clear out the grassy smell quicker(IMHO). Of course if you are selling this or prefer moist buds then maybe instead fo overnight, just a couple hours would tdo the trick.
The fact of the matter is, to cure properly you need patience and common sense, relax and let time do its thing. If you find your bud is too wet, leave it out for a little while, too dry? dont burp it for a couple days.
Best of luck.

Not to hate, but that tutorial recommends you wear latex gloves. All i can say is good fucking luck scraping resin off of a glove after the fact. If you are going to wear gloves (i dont think is necessary, at least not within the confines of manicuring less than 5 pounds) make them vinyl, the trics won't stick to them, making for easier finger hash scraping.
Of course you're already in jars so my point is moot, but i just wanted to throw that out there.
