My cuzz is coming in soon and i was going to surprise him with some pot cookies...i read that you can either make cannabutter or you can just throw it right into the premade cookie mix. I was wondering if anyones done the cookie mix way because it sounds alot easier..

Thanks man,

you can as long as you have some type of fat in it like butter or oil cuz the fat absourbs the thc..... if you do it that way you will have greenish gritty cookies but it will work

thetrick is the gring the dry herb into fine powder before adding to the mix.

but if u wanna get really baked slow cook the herb in chocolate in a croc pot. then u can chip mit up and make the cookie or candy bars too. a good porportion is 7g to 70 g of chocolate.

no thats why u grind in a coffee grinder or sum into fine powder.

the reason i used 7 g as an example is it make like the perfect chocolate bar. a piece about 2" will get u faded

Butter is WAY better, otherwise you'll end up tasting burnt plant material. Grind it up, and add it to melted butter in a DOUBLE boiler. Very important to not burn the butter. Basically take a saucepan and put it into a larger pan full of water. Then simmer or low boil the butter until melted before adding the ganja. Let this mixture simmer/low boil for at least 45-60 minutes, I personally do it for a 2-4 hours & think that the longer you do it the better. As long as you don't burn the butter just keep cooking it! (One friend cooks the mixture off and on for 1-2 days ad the results are outrageous, gets you sooo faded.) Once you are satisfied with the cooking, strain the plant material out with either a kitchen strainer ( mesh as in for tea not for pasta) or cheese cloth, over a container of water. Let all of the butter fall into the container of water & then put it into the fridge over night. The butter will solidify on top of the water & in the morning you just pour the water out & collect your nicely formed bar of ganja butter. This way you barely taste the ganja, well depending on the strength of your mixture, and completely avoid the horrible burnt plant taste from adding the ganja directly to the batter. It's the only way I do it, and after teaching my parents this method it's the only way they do it now as well. Hope this helps some one.

For 3 grams one stick will be more than enough. Butter is better + plus ingesting the pot is known to give people stomach aches and to me just tastes bad.
