Agreed, looks like it's hermied bigron, you have female flowers above those balls, but they're definitely balls.

That's what I do if there male or hermead out I stick them outside to make there own fate. Super stretch females also get put back there. I cut half the leaves off to encourage them but don't waste bytes or space in the flowering room!
