Can I clone a seedling to save her life?

So here it is. I dont really have much experience in the indoor growing scene, first off. Been an outdoor grower about 6 years now, done pretty good thus far. Life's a learning experience. So I have this freebie seed from the Attitude, a fem White Domina, got her when I ordered my Auto White Widow seeds. I planted the widows in some coco, but ran outta coco after 4 pots full. I'm just initially doing a seed run with them, so figured 4 should be ok. But anyways, I popped this WD seed, she sprouted, and I didnt have anything but peat moss to put her in. Pretty sure the ph dropped too low and locked out the N from the soil, as she suddenly looked really pale yellow and unhappy. So my dumb ass flushes her, then bombs the soil with lime dissolved in water. Mind you, the ph was about 4.5 prior to this. I took a reading after the flush and bomb, and the soil read 5.9 so I thought I was good. I took another reading just for shits and giggles, and ph is now hovering 8. Can I cut and re-root her like a clone, or is there a more viable alternative to this toxic situation I've gotten myself into? I'm pretty sure if you lime soil, its there for the long haul, no? Respect for the help.

I havent done it but I have taken some pretty small clones before. The size of a seedling.
My guess would be it would work as long as she has a couple fan leaves now.

how big is the seedling? I ran across a similar issue my last grow. had a few freebies i wanted to start cloning off. I had some cheap soil so my dumb ass says f it and used it anyway. I did mix it with some peat moss and perlite but the soil was just bad. Anyhow the plants had ph issues and nitrogen was locked out. the plant was simply not growing and yellowing from the bottom up. I also tried to flush and adding crushed eggshells (lime substitute) but it wasn't enough. They were like 4 weeks old and only like 4-5 inches (lol). they did have a few sets of fan leaves though (although they were tiny). I cut the plants at the base and cloned them. They rooted and were placed in good soil and took off. They are large happy mothers now :)

Pic bro?

Thinking you can save it and get a clone later but need to see what you got there...

Will post a pic as soon as i get some expensive as hell lithium batteries. As an update, I had transplanted her carefully, rinsed her roots in phed water, and put her in some commercial soil for now. She seems to be getting some color back, but yesterday started showing nute burn on her tips, though I havent fed her anything but water. And the soil is just some buffered peat and perlite. Not MG or anything special or fertilized...

And the lowlife white widows are doing great, sprung back well from a premature feeding. Males have sexed as of today. Again, will post pics asap...

i took some seedlings out of soil and put them in my aero cloner and they took off fast as hell i would take her out and put her in a dwc or something similar. ph5.5-6 and she will clear up in like 4 5 days and start to really take off in 10 -12 days

I did end up transplanting. I was a bit drunk when i posted this initially and wasnt really thinking logically. I really just kept it up out of sheer curiosity.
