I been their, had landlord come over not long ago, through my babies in the closet and piled crap infront of it. She didn't suspect a thing.
I pay my rent in advance 3-6 month at a clip if you can afford to do this i suggest it

Gets them off your back and they think your more stable and less needed to check up on

Best investment I've made in my life was buying my own home. No landlords. I lived in an apartment in downtown Portland for over ten years and they would come through and inspect multiple times a year. I didn't even think about growing. And with the way the housing prices in Portland have gone up my house is worth almost three times what I paid for it.

So all you young uns out there. Be wise. Don't blow your money on crap. Invest in a home because when you get to be my age you'll be glad you did. Looking back thinking "What if" always sucks. :bigjoint:

I agree soon as laws change my wife will be my landlord lol

I rent grow space and have not see my landlord in 3 years now my wife owns our house. In my state you rent safe stealth indoor and grow nowhere near where you live

Keep landlord paid will keep them content for most part

I've done the same thing in Sarasota, FL! Tried growing in apartments & outside, but since I've purchased my home growing has been a breeze and my house has only doubled in value

Thats what ill be doing this Christmas. Looking for another home, have 1-2yr renter ready for my current house and rolling the extra I make off them into something 4-5k/mo. mortgage. All about leveraging risk and buying assets that appreciate!
