Can I make take clones if your plant has been flowering for 2weeks

Yes, but the process is not for beginners...takes longer to root and therefore clones are more prone to damping off etc.

^^^ absolutely, from what I have read, you can grow from seed faster in most cases, but if it is for the preservation of a special something, go for it, just be very patient and look for weird things to happen before it gets back right again.

Grab it and Growl

YES.... At 4 weeks into flowering, I decided i was happy with a few of my girls production sooooo I pulled 6 clones. It has now been a week and a half and all are still alive. I have them in organic plugs so I really couldnt tell u how they r rooting yet, but I tugged on 1 today and have to assume there is some sort of root in there cause she was anchored in the plug pretty good.

Most strains will eventually root from flowering cuttings, but if you can afford the time, I would do as suggested above and reveg them after harvest.

Just leave a few small lower buds and branches on the plants, flip back to 24/0 lighting for 2-3 weeks and you should see some regrowth to take cuttings from.
Most plants will start to reveg quite quickly, but it can take a while for the growth to stabilise.. they start off with a lot of one-leaf stems before they really get going.

you must first make sure your comfortable growing from basically a clone. Upside you can turn the lights back to 24 hours or 16-8. We like to do this then flower again after 2 or 3 weeks. Use rooting jell maybe light warrior or soilless mix and your normal nutes half strength and go grow all female plants.

You can, but dont make it a habit as I had a blackberry kush get stuck in half flower half veg mode for 6 months which creates very unfavorable growth structure. It is now finally growing 5 finger fan leaves again. I would have definitely trashed it if it wasnt such a glorious cut. I feel the chance of that happening is always there but rather low.

Id like to share a quick experience I had with this a few years ago: i took cuttings 4 or 5 weeks in. All rooted and were doing well. After I had root development, I vegged for only a couple weeks then threw them into the flower room. All but one quickly started their stretch and normal flower pattern for a clone. The last one, believe it or not, just immediately went into rapid flowering AND DID NOT STRETCH OR GROW VERTICALLY! She ended up fully flowering in like 3 weeks and was ripe and ready to harvest! She was seriously like an 8 inch single cola that, when dried, was like 4 grams!!!! Never had this happen any other time.
