can i put a sodium bulb into this metal halide floodlight

i see this metal hailde floodlight on the internet, 250W bulb, it works out cheaper as i take it, it has a ballast built in ? so im considering buying it as its only £55
but after the vegative stage will i be able to put a 'dual spectrum' or 'sodium (HPS)' bulb init without any problems? like needed a different ballast, ? can they all be run on the same ballast ?

HPS can not run on MH ballast. HPS need a starter/ignitor

does that mean that MH bulbs dont need a starter or just use a different starter?

You would need a conversion ballast to do that, otherwise you will proboly blow your ballast up or other problems. No it will not work though.
