Can i save this wax?

Fuck!!!!!
I was extracting and the filter blew off the tube. I had extracted about 26 ounces of small buds, probably 3-4oz of wax is ruined.
Is there anyway to save this? Could i run an alcohol extract?

Why not? Alcohol doesent care if the THC is in buds or partly separated to wax first. I dont think the butane would care much either if you just packed everything in it again, it could effect the consistency tho, i have no idea

I ran it again
Not completely restored but saved a majority for a few bucks in Butane
Looking at yours you could also make a tincture with Everclear

So i tried putting the wax/trim mixture into a tube and blasting it, however, the mixture was like a paste and the butane wouldnt pass through it.
So now i mixed it into 99% iso and am filtering that out. It seems to have dissolved all the wax. Problem is that the liquid is fucking green.
Is there anyway to clean that up or am i stuck with it? I was thinking about winterizing it but does that only apply to a butane extraction?

So after filtering im left with this stuff, which looks like hash, in the filters. Is this hash or just leftover junk?

So after evaporating the alcohol at 100 degrees for about a week it is finally under vac. I think it will turn out ok for my purposes, which is making thc capsules

Hose clamps with thumb screws and using mic screen instead of filter paper will go a long way to avoiding a blowout in the future. Clamp cable ties are good too.

Can i save this wax?
