My concern is im in the yupper ZONE but on the sconny side of the border lol
Can I start a grow in February? Indoors put it outside In mid feb March?

Honestly indoors mid April if from seed. End of if clones. Just be prepared to top mid to late June. Easily reach 8'+. Hope it helps.

You don't get my padding the lake provides. But you get an earlier faster changing pattern. Local complicates things around the lakes. Fun game though.

located in East Bay. What’s the optimal time to seed outdoors for a summer grow? Grown indoors until this year.

No sense getting out too early, plants just get lanky and fall over. Need strong sunshine.
Where you planting guerilla in DC? Anacostia River, C&O , Rock Creek are about it. Deer, hobos, yuppies everywhere.
Best start them late indoors and put lots of them out small to finish, no killing frost until late November.
Good luck hiding huge 6'6" plants from the above hazards.

I have a few spots way deep In the woods get atleast 7/8 hours direct sunlight a day

Nice, this is my old grow area on the Potomac. It's now a wildlife refuge.
Used to be top secret research lab there, we planted on blind spots on the bluffs along the river where guards couldn't see you.
Launched boats like pirates with roto tillers, bags of lime and catfish, planted all over the Potomac.
