So I'm using a 600 watt wakyme actual 80-100 watt.

I've recently picked up x2 300 watt cfl actual 180 watt each one on blue one in red

I'm curt finishing up a grow with the added red spec cfl

And the lux with the led and cfl is roughly 78000

Heat is abit of an issue bit I'm just going to install more fans

I'm going to start a new grow in a few weeks and use the blue spectrum cfl and the led ..... When it comes to flowering can I use both the red and blue cfl at 180 watt or just a waste of energy

The red spec and my led combined is roughly 78k lux

I'm not quite sure on the suggested coverage numbers for CFL, but some quick guess math in my head, I think one of those bulbs is the max you would want in that size space.

especially if you are dealing w heat issues, since it's so small I would consider just getting some led strips and doing DIY or look for an Amazon deal on an newer white 100W led board with Samsung lm301b diodes, sometimes you can find deals for under $50. you could do a DIY with eb2 260mm strips for less, super cheap depending what odds and ends you have in your parts bin.

I've done a few CFL grows and I always put a few blues in to supplement with my red "flower" bulbs and it made for denser buds every time.

I reckon I'm going to switch it up and use a few totes that way I can use both cfls the led and grow more than one plant this time round
