Thanks for stopping by.
i have a open tent during day With box fan, closed at night.
I have not had ventalation at night or fan and humidity sky rockets.. I can put a dehumidifier in the tent at night.
I dont know how much it wll raise temps in the tent, or what effect it will have if i put the dehumidifier in.
if i do put it in it will still be sealed to prevent light contamination. I can also gidure out how to include a couple clip fans at night ..
However if i can wait five more days before dealing with it i will be schwazzing them agian anyeays..
Can It wait? Its realy only on one short really bushy plant? Any ideas? Here is pictures of the stage its at.. thank u for all help..20200905_120753.jpgView attachment 467477120200905_124831.jpg

Deal with the mold immediately.

Get a proper exhaust setup for your tent. You need constant airflow for optimum growth anyways and it will go a long way to prevent this or worse from happening again.

In meantime depending on size of your tent, you can zip tie a clip fan blowing out your exhausrt port on tent to get some stale out out of there.

light leaks in veg dont matter much. More important to get the airflow in my opinion. Put one fan zip tied to exhaust blowing out. Put the other inside tent blowing air around the canopy. Ideally not blowing directly on plants but if so just move the plant or fan every once in a while to prevent wind burn. start there. i don't think u need a dehumidifier yet.

actually, whats the size of your tent? the clip fan as exhaust might not be enough depending on size. it will be better than nothing for now tho.

oh man. I thought you were still in veg. that looks like what, a 4x4? you need to get a proper size exhaust fan in there immediately like a 6" or 8" or you are going to be fighting mold and budrot the entire time. it will help a lot with transpiration and give you better end result.

when you say you didnt want to use an exhaust bc you were scared of light leaks, do you mean your exhaust ports aren't open at all?

I run it open all day wit a box fan but it is. Sealed at night.

I would get an 8" exhaust. Then put the 2 clip fans in the back corners blowing just above the canopy.getting as much airflow going as possible. then also put the box fan on the floor blowing air across tops of pots and through bottom of canopy.

You want to keep it closed and have negative pressure sucking air through there at all times preventing anything from sitting and making itself a home, whether that is a mold spore, fungus gnat, or thrip. The sides of your tent should ideally be sucked in slightly (not too much).

A box fan and 2 clips is all im working with for now..

If you have a vent window in back of the tent I would leave it open 24/7 and just put that part of the tent against a wall. I have an exhaust fan in my 2x4 and if I don't leave a vent open I get major negative pressure. You need air to flow in and out or you will have endless issues.

I get that, use one of the clip ons as a temp exhaust. its not great but I've had to do it in a pinch. But get yourself a proper exhaust fan asap. It will give you way better results. I can't say but I would bet a 10-20% increased yield just from basic airflow. Someone else please back me up on that. And worse since you already have all those bushes going, not getting proper exhaust could cost you your whole crop due to mold. I dont think anyone here will say anything different. Sealing your tent at lights off is a bad idea. Everyone of us deals with a humidity spike during the first 30-60 mins after lights off, even with exhaust fans.

Look on Craigslist I see people almost giving them away on there. Not sure if that is an option where u live.

I also know there's a decent low price brand on Ebay that @Airwalker16 likes. I cant remember if this is the exact ones but it looks like it.
