Can light from radiant space heater cause hermies?

I was considering putting a radiant space heater in my flower room to help keep the night time temps from dipping too low on cold winter nights.. however I was curious would the heating element heating up and turning red cause hermies?

Anyone use a heater like this in their flowering room? I have already disconnected the LED lights, but turning it on in the dark I noticed it still puts out a bit of light from the heating elements and I am concerned that it could cause hermies...

yes for sure it can and most likely will.

Go to Wally Mart and buy the Holmes digital electric heater man. Cost you $20 and no lights. Works great for me.
