Can one identify marijuana ripeness by seeds?

Pretty much what the title says. I've found this forsaken outdoor place which is just HUGE and there's all kinds of weeds growing there and all is forsaken, some friends refer to the place as the bad weed place, 'cause it just doesn't gets you high, but what i saw when i visited it is that there's quite a few decent strains out there who maintained behavior and even improved for the climate in my country.

Now, I've got some of this weed and it only gives you a buzz for about half an hour, there are many seeds, about 50 % of the seeds are ripe, on some plants it's most of the seeds, but the high is no different, not much at least. I'm curious if it's too early to harvest those or if it's too late? I don't have a magnifying glass, but maybe by looking into the seeds?
Also, I had this experience before, after curing weed which doesn't gets you high for 6 months, it somehow all of a sudden happened to get you very stoned for the long 4 - 5 hours and high for 2 - 3 hours, a decent smoke is what i mean and when I harvested it and dried it, it couldn't even give you this buzz that i'm taking from these outdoor plants.
The over all ripeness of the plants resembles the ripeness of this other plant i had last year which I just spoke about who couldn't even get you a buzz. Can then the theory if I cure this outdoor shit for 6 months it'll get to be any decent smoke as it already happened? I remember also this old batch had seeds in it too and they were all ripe.

So yeah /discuss

you have to go by the color of the trichs ........ mostly cloudy trichs with some amber is what you are looking for
