Can pistils really form this early on?

I don’t grow autos but I remember someone on here posting a pic of a plant that was in full flower despite being like 3 inches tall. Maybe it was @BobThe420Builder but he can correct me if I am wrong. But yeah, I think it is possible.

My guess is that guys who grow autoflowers have probably seen it, but I agree it’s insane there are already pistils even before the first true leaves have really gotten established!
