Can plants have to much light? Plz Look.

So I read somewhere on here that plants can have as much light as they want, unless they burn from heat. Well I have a cooltube dual fixture w/ 2 hortilux 1000w bulbs. The sqft will be 23' soooo if I do the equation 290,000 lumens / 23sqft = 12,609 lumens per sqft. I read somewhere that the max lumens can be 10,000sqft. Will my setup be ok? Thanks

Dont double post. But no they cant have too much light as long as they dont burn from the heat not the light....
