Trichs are looking good, cloudy, a pic of the plant/buds would help, there's more to harvesting than trich colour. hairs should have turned brown/redish and curly, plus the trichs turned cloudy, maybe a slight bit of amber. No worries on the flushing, questionable practice anyhow unless you overfeed.

Hi
Very blurry pics but look cloudy, possibly a couple of ambers in there. So you should be fine to start (based just on those pics)
It depends on what your growing in as to how long it will take to flush. Some pics of your buds would help also to get some extra info from them.

I'm growing girl scout cookies and its on week 6 in flowering but this plant matured very fast. I'm growing in 7 gallon bag pots. The buds aren't as big as I'd like them to be but it had preflowers on the plant on week 4/5
Beautiful but not ready, close for only 6 weeks in. I'd give her another week and check again though, there's some maturity left and they'll fatten up a bit more. If I haven't grown a strain before I use the hairs, trichs as indicators, but my final decision to pull is when they slow down drinking which is the last telltale sign they're ready to harvest. Although the hairs are turning, the colour of the leaves tells me they're still sucking back water at a good pace and no fading has started. It could go another 2 weeks based on what I'm seeing in those pics.

Awesome. Yes I just noticed last night that the pot feels light again and its time to water. I'll check them again this weekend but I'm gonna start just water for this week to get a head start. Thanks for the fast reply!

I agree with @GroErr flushing is a matter of opinion and growerz choice. I usually do a formal flush between veg and flower. But, for pre-harvest I pretty much just do not add much of any nutes when watering the last 2 weeks. Just how I do it...many schools of thought and differing opinions out there. Beware of trolls for flushing questions...just fair warning.

The only thing I have to use is PH down BC the water I have is extremely high.. I mean straight from the faucet it reads 9.4.. I usually just use Ph'd water but I've been reading about putting molasses in the water for the last 2 weeks before harvest? Anyone have any opinions or thoughts on this??

Hey,
I use canna range and boost until the end, so I'm still using boost for the last 10-14 days with just plain water . That's what they recommend and it seems to work for me. I think its the same principle for molasses, your adding sugars/carbs just in a different way. Again though its growers choice. I cant see many people been dead against the idea.
They look great BTW.

Thanks Corey. I have the girl scout and 3 other strains right now but the girl scout really took off from the start. Wish the buds were bigger but I'm thinking it might make up in quality... And ok co grow. Were your trichomes amber when you harvested or did you leave them milky?? Also how was the smoke and taste of it?

No pics. But i harvest at about 50to 60 % amber. And honestly gsc is one of those strains people either love or hate. So one opinion can be completly oposite of another. I dont really care for any of it i have had but they yield pretty good. :)

Mine doesn't seem like its going to be getting a big yield :( I'll be lucky to get an oz off of it from the looks of the bud...

They will gain weight,in the last 3 weeks and sounds like you have about 2 left so they should fatten up. Do you use overdrive ? Or anything like it ?

No. What is that? The only nutrients I use are the foxfarm trio. This is my 3rd grow so I still am learning alot

Im not, familiar with fox farm nutes. But im sure they have something like it. Its basicaly crack for your buds near the end of their life cycle lol. Do a google search on it and im sure fox farm would have something in their line that does the same thing.

Ok. Awesome. Thank you! I'll get some for my next grow. Do you use it in the last 2 weeks? Or how soon do you use it?

Nice plants. Not ready. At least a week or ten days. They haven't crowned yet. The calyexs will swell and make the bud look like a crown.
