I am an activist, as well as a grower in the South, who helps elderly and other people stricken with cancer, as well as my own needs by growing... In MS, the would-be medical mj bill, S.B. 2252, was just shot down in the Senate, again, and yet, I see everyday on here, States that ALREADY have medical laws in place and have a safer alternative, unlike the case in the South, and until this country can become united, and EVERYONE has a medical bill passed in each state, we WILL NOT get the government to the corner we need them to be backed up into, in order to have to make a decision once and for all on re-scheduling mj, as a sched 2 drug... So, PLEASE, for the love of Shiva, if you r in an already medical state, would you please pitch in and at least make some calls or send some e-mails to TN, KY, MS, LA, GA, FL, AL, AR, SC, and other such states in God's Blessed South, that deserve safer choices than the horribly overpriced and addictive and deadly drugs that are the current choices for physicians to prescribe to people with a wide range of dibilities as of today? Let's please pitch in for the common good, and the common goal, which is to make Uncle Sam shit his collective pants, when EVERY STATE in the UNION has opted to legalize marijuana for medical use! There is truely power and strength in numbers, and no matter what stereotypes people may or may not have about the South, we are just NORML people too, with NORML desires, goals, and problems, just like people anywhere else... Admittedly, there might be a few less teeth in the picture-JUST KIDDING-I'm from MS, myself, so I can joke about it-But, seriously, there are alot of cannabis crusaders down here who would really appreciate the help and support from brother states, and would tear up like babies, if they could see some support on here for us good ol' boys and girls down in the Southland... So, rally the troops, and help us out, so we can help ya'll out in turn, with numbers and truth, against numbers and power... It's us vs. The U.S. Gov't. here guys, and we can't do it alone... I'd love to see some of my fellow Southern activists speak up here on this thread... Help me out here guys, I'm only one man...
