Can you describe Aeroponics in 10 words or less?

Hey what's up people? I've been trying to get a friend of mine to invest in Aeroponics. So when I was asked to describe the benefits of Aeroponics in 10 words or less, I just started stuttering. Spitting out random facts, unable to put a complete sentence together. He assumed I had no idea what I was talking about. Who could blame him? I was hoping to get some suggestions from you guys. Any input would be very appreciated. Thank you.

Awesome, expensive and prone to problems, a UPS is mandatory.
Aeroponic grows amaze me. But so do the problems. If the sprayers stop for whatever reason the plants die almost instantly. A backup power supply for the pumps is essential if you ever lose power. My partner and I are building an aero system and we took a PC UPS and replaced the battery with a car battery. The sprayers clog. My friend who has grown aero for awhile told me to buy extra sprayers and to cycle them so that all sprayers can get cleaned at least once a week.
You need to make sure your manifold doesn't leak at all. We're building our system with high end compression fittings (swagelok how I love you). Any leaks drop your pressure which can cause problems.

Problems can be avoided 98% of the time. Cycling nozzles is a great idea. Power outages, as you pointed out can be compensated for. I don't see the problems. If done properly, aero can be the least amount of work over ANY other means.

I agree that the problems can be avoided or planned for, but they are a very real part of aero and pretending they don't exist is just begging to lose a crop and wind up regretting trying aero.
When my friend told me about the sprayer thing I was like that's a damned good idea, I can't I haven't seen it anywhere. The unit I'm building has 18 sprayers, 12 360° and 6 180°, so I need 3 extras to change everything every 6 days. That's $1.50 and all but garuntees that I will never have to deal with a clog. The fittings I'm using will never ever give me a problem. I've run gas at pressures exceeding 1,000psi through them. I wouldn't use them if I had to pay for them, but I don't need to so why not.
A good aero setup produces amazing results. They also are the most efficient in terms of water useage, so you waste less nutes. Having seen my friends results I would reccomend aero (I'm making the switch over now), as long as the drawbacks are taken into account and planned for.

"The cloners are the dog's bollox".

Never actually used them for growing , but I would recommend the clonner kit's to anyone having problems trying to root your clones , like I did.

Instead of buying an Aero system build a Recirculating DWC = 10 words spell check it.

Get the best of all worlds. 17 more words but had to.

@Atomizer Why can't you use a UPS? Even without replacing the battery they can usually run the pumps in an aero unit for quite some time with one or two minutes on five minutes off

I run hp aero with an accumulator and 12v dc timer/solenoids so nothing uses mains power. I can recharge the accumulator without power too ;)
