Can you re-plant a weed plant? help rep++

I just replanted 4 of my plants and gave them water, sence i replanted it, is it possible it can die?

Yes you can replant. It will shock the plant but youll transplant at least once more before your done.

The other thing is that each plant needs its own container. The roots will get all bound up if you leave them like they are now. Handle those sprouts too much though and they are liable to die
