Can you take clones from plants at the end of flowering?

Just curious if its too late to take some clones? Probably 2 weeks away from harvest. Thanks!

I think clone have to be taken within two to three weeks of flowering. I may be wrong

Clones are best taken before the flowering stage is induced. If you clone a flowering plant, you are A) going to severely shock the clone and B) shock the mother plant.

Clone near the end of veg for best results.

you can clone w/e you want..
if you take clones in later flower, it may take longer for the clones to root, about the only issue in doing so..
you'll also have to revert the flowering clones back to veg growth, which will cause a bit of funky growth for awhile..

HMMM...very interesting...I may have been wrong. I have never cloned from a flowering mother...thanks for the link I may try that.

plus once the clone is growing best to cut off any bud on it as the more humid conditions people clone/veg in seem to make for rot on clones with bud on them

I'm going to try it this grow myself. I missed the deadline my last grow. It claims to grow monster plants. Its worth a try a least one time.

Clone two weeks into harvest and get a super bushy plant?? These girls are amazing and that doesn't even count what happens when you smoke the shit. Wow.

So it's better to take clones near veg end? Is this because of the maturity of the plant?

Take them whenever you want, if you need them take them.

As has already been stated clones taken in flower can be very successful, but may have a difficult time and higher death rate. IMHO it is better too take clones in veg. They do not require the shock and return to veg state to get great results...Just sayin'
