I know it's a dumb question, but i need your help. Bought eight clones and when i threw them into flower, five days later they were all male! I called the guy I got them from and he said they were all female and i put them in contact with some pollen? is that bs or what? It's my first grow, and I think he's wrong, but I don't know for sure, I need your help, +rep for technical help! please!

It is possible to turn a female plant into a hermaphrodite but you would of had to do something wrong. Maybe you interrupted the dark time with light or you had them around male plants. Basically, with enough stress the plant could switch over.

With a clone and no stress its near impossible to do but how can you prove that to your guy?

thers no way in hell that you bein in contact with pollen would make balls like that so early. them clones were a male from the start, because if you were to think about it the plant would need to be flowering first (shooting pistins out) for you to pollenate it with pollen and going by your pics it looks like you only have stuck them in 12/12 a week or so .. i would go back to your guy that sorted you dem and tell him hes full of shit and you want replacement clones . hope i help'd

yeah, i chopped those plants. kept the two mother plants in the veg closet and threw them in the bloom room. looked at the today and they have the same lobsterclaw seed pot crap. no white hairs and no bud sites. i think that they were males only. only called them hermie because i couldn't believe someone could do this. but no female characteristics. someone told me wait, the seed pods might be bud sites, yeah right though, bud sites don;t look like that right?

Your 'friend' is talking out his ass. And you should go beat his just for being stupid. Those are males, they were males before you ever saw them.

'Pollen'. Sheesh.

the hard part is it was my first grow, so i think i did something wrong to make the male. even though it was totally the guy who screwed me, i still feel like i did something wrong until i throw my next batch in the bloom room and see the white hairs!
