Seems like I’m losing big fan leaves while my buds are growing I’m only at day 28 or so of flowering but yellowing awfully fast with the bigger fan leaves!
Can’t figure this one out!!

That will happen when you drastically cut out nitrogen in your feed for flower. The big brown spots are likely showing it needs, rather wants more of something like potassium or calcium.
Your buds look pretty good but....
the smaller sugar leaves yellowing though concern me more. The plant wants more of something.
Usual suspects in flower are cal-mag, phosphorus and potassium sometimes nitrogen.

I'm pretty new to diagnosing nute issues, but it might want more phosphorus. A little calmag wouldn't hurt either.

Ok ,thanks fellows I'm in super soil and really never used calmag. Is there any other route.. I've got some azomite that reads cal and mag on the bag .I think I neglected the fact that the tree got so big it used up the soil.. beauty in veg but problems in flower. If I get this right my clones should do better, also its doing the same to all new sucker type grow.

I top dressed with super soil and watered it in when I first started seeing it a couple weeks ago but it could be hit or miss..it didn't seem to remedy it..

I'd get a couple liquid organic nutes for situations like this. Neptune's Harvest Fish and Seaweed will give quicker results than dry amendments. Was that super soil you top dressed with fully cooked, because if it was you should have seen a difference after you used it?

Not subcools or any other legendary growers super soil recipe?
Try to find a flowering fertilizer with micronutrients, including calcium. Or a good guano for flowering. I prefer sea bird guano, has tons of calcium and magnesium from eating fish.
Good possibility pH is involved always good to know.
You could add a little dolomite lime, then water it in. The next morning you will know if the lime worked. If nothing then a little epsom salts and gypsum, water it in. Epsom salts and gypsum take about a day longer for response from plant.
Lime raises pH. Epsom salts lower ph.

That looks like PH is off ... necrotic spots and yellow. Which also locks out .

Clip the worst leaves to keep plant trying to “ repair them “ ... their not photosynthesizing anyways.
Correct ph to 6.5 and stabilize. Top dress with your soil and water in. Add calmag to water to supplement the locking out.
As long as you are on point with what’s “ going in “ then you will get back on track. Also keep temps up so soil is not colder than ambient environment.

I wouldn't start removing the leaves until I figured out the problem and corrected it. If the plant is deficient like it looks like it is, it's pulling needed nutes out of those leaves, and if you pull them off it will just start pulling reserved nutes out of other leaves. He should check the pH though too.

Yes the ss was the same I’ve used on my last couple of grows..but this sativa has grown bigger than any tree I’ve ever had.. I’ve just neglected the fact she was hungry..this tree was on its way to out growing my tent.. topped lst.. easy six footer.. not to mention switching from CHM to QB..

Ya, I have noticed QB's make them extra hungry. My favorite light setup is cmh with QB's, best of both worlds.

After introducing the nute that are deficient pull those leaves. It will allow you to notice the difference immediately. It will make the plant start to get the nutrient from the grow medium instead of itself. It will also allow you to see if those feedings are working. the old leaves are damaged and creating a perpetual process of having the plant feed on itself.

It appears your girl is short on P and Mg...but more so the former, hence why your leaves look like the big fan leaf in your pics. If you're showing this deficiency this early into flower, I would do what I could to find a suitable feed that can deliver what the plants need. You don't have time to let it break down to become available to the plant so be sure it's something that is immediately available. Good luck.
