Cant get e-juice strong

Hello, I love to vape the dispensary carts but it gets expensive so I decided to try to make my own. I have done some research and experimenting such as using a Levo 2 running at 180° for 5 hours with an 5oz mixture 60/40 VG PG and 7g cannabis. I tested my flower with a tcheck which resulted in a 24%. Anyways trying the mixture it wasn't very potent at all not like a cart you get from an dispensary. I have also tried adding to that mixture some FECO I made with everclear and still same result. Is it that the THC is not sticking to the PG/VG?
Can someone please point me in the correct direction of how to make a potent e-juice using flower and not extracts please! Maybe a video or well written instructions?

You need a PEG(poly ethyl glycol) mix to dissolve wax and concentrates in e-juice. PG and VG won't work. Make concentrate first (rosin press is preferable)then dilute with PEG mix.

You won't get the mixture clean enough to work with e-pens for longer periods and the extraction of oils from flowers in PG/VG will be sub par.

While concentrate and PG/VG will mix at any ration, they won't extract at any ratio. After about 30% it slows down to a crawl.

Try extracting with ethanol, evaporating away the ethanol, and mixing that with PG/VG.

@Wastei im not using concentrates im using flower and I dont want to spend anymore $, presses are expensive.

@Fadedawg I did make a FECO and added it too the PG/VG and it's barely noticeable after smoking. I think what I did was I have way too much VG/PG and it made it super weak. My question about adding the FECO is will it separate from the VG/PG mixture or will it combine with it what I mean is I don't want to put the mixture in a cartridge and that cartridge only has VG/PG in it but then I put some more from the bottle into another cartridge and it has all FICO. Do you know of a good video to make the alcohol mixture?

I forgot to ask should there be more of the PG for it to adhere to or is it the VG?

You want just enough PG/VG to make it flow.

Ok, I made some with 14g and no effect BUTthe wife suggested ingesting it so I filled up half a pill capsule in about 45 to minutes to an hour later I was trashed for hours I couldn't even function.

My question is why is it not working vaping it but it's working if I consume it

You didn't say what size cap you used or loaded weight, but we found that on average, 100 mg of concentrate was one dose, though some people got off on 25 and others took in excess of 200 mg, depending on their metabolism and tolerance. Half of a 00 cap would ostensibly weigh more than 100 mg.

Consider how many milligrams you ingested, versus the dosage you get when inhaling and blowing most of it out as you exhale.

With carts, consider what percent of the vapor is concentrate and how much is PG/VG, etc, et al.

With an electric nail and straight concentrate, consider the effect of vaporizing 100 mg +, one small dab at a time and exhaling into a Volcano bag. Breathing normally in between, consider repeatedly inhaling that dosage until your exhale shows no vapor before moving on to the next dab. What would the difference in effect be?

Well we filled up two 00 capsules (large side) to the top and we each had one. I would say if we cut that in half of what we consumed it would be just right that was just ridiculous I couldn't even focus my eyes and felt like I had to throw up I was so torn up.

I would rather vape it but it's just not powerful enough other than consuming it.

I believe BHO or Rosin have a higher THC count than QWET. They would probably make a stronger mixture. I could be wrong though.

So Fadedawg, my plan is to use this already pretty runny Rosin I pressed from OG. Mixing it with some OG terpenes instead of using any PG/VG or PEG. I'll be getting those from this link you gave me. https://extractconsultants.com/ . This should work, right? Thanks DAWG!

A 00 cap base full would ostensibly be greater than 200 mg as dense as concentrate is, so cutting it in half would be closer to the 100 mg that we found to be about average.

When all are well done, QWET should have a similar THC content to winterized BHO and greater than Rosin, because of less plant wax content.

Using a terpene mix to liquify the Rosin will work but plant waxes may be a problem in a cart. I winterized some Rosin in ethanol to remove the plant waxes, producing a nice clean concentrate that was low on terpenes and too stiff to flow in a cart, but which would work well if diluted with a suitable terpene mix.

I've been thinking of trying that for many years, Rosin Shatter! Have been discouraged in the past by the question of. "Why would you want to create a solventless extract, and then add a solvent?"

So my next question for you sir is. Can I use a terpene mix to liquify QWET enough to work well in carts?

Anyone have an idea how to turn this into cart?

press into rosin. then liquify the rosin in oven at 150f for 24 hrs. use syringe to dispense into cartridges.
